PARENT SUPPORT SERVICES

PARENT SUPPORT SERVICES are offered in a variety of settings. Today’s parenting offers plenty of opportunities for stumbling; we offer different programs to try to meet a variety of needs. All of our locations offer a short-term Parent Empowerment program. This is essentially a drop-in, no fee, four-session service. If additional parent coaching is desired, Family First can offer individualized, often in your home, sessions. We also offer the award-winning, evidence-based Strengthening Families Program, a fourteen week opportunity for you and your family to grow together. Finally, we are developing Parent Support Services in each of our localities. Parents can talk with an experienced parent (one who has been receiving services with their child for some time) and get a peer perspective, ask for guidance or share a story.
