DO NOT send applications or requests to have your application pulled to an employee specific address. Failure to follow these directions may result in non-submission of your application.

Interactive Application Instructions

A. This interactive application can be completed in three different ways:

1. You may print the application and fill it out by hand in blue or black ink

2. You can fill out application on your computer and then print it

3. You can fill it out and submit it by email.

Options 1 and 2 will require you to mail or fax your completed application to Mount Rogers Community Services Board. Contact information for these options is located on the front page of the interactive application.

Option 3 will require you to save your application to a place on your PC where you can find it. You go to File, then click Save As and that will save the application to the location of your choice on your PC. Then, open up your email, and send the application via email to the following email address: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .You will need to send your application as an attachment. With the new Reader, after you have typed in some of your infomation you must hit the Save button a new box will open; that is the Save As. Just save over what you had earlier saved as or name it another name if you like.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) that your application was received, then you should contact the Human Resources Department at Mount Rogers CSB at (276) 223-3264, to verify that they received it. You should also print a copy of the application just in case you find that you need to manually mail or fax the application.

Due to limited inbox capacity, please submit only one electronic application with up to two attachments per six months. You may list multiple positions on the same application. If you would like to include more than two attachments with your application, please fax or mail your application with attachments so that it is received by 5pm on the deadline. (276) 223-3264 to have your application pulled to be considered for other positions without having to reapply before the six month time frame is up. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

(Note: No matter how the application is submitted, all applications must be RECEIVED by the deadline in order to be accepted.)
